1. Why is busacparts.com transitioning to business.lippert.com?
Trans/Air is now part of the Lippert family. To simplify your shopping experience and offer expanded access to parts, support, and product information, we’re consolidating everything under one roof at business.lippert.com.
2. Will my existing busacparts.com login work on business.lippert.com?
No, you’ll need a new account on business.lippert.com. However, the Lippert team has taken the initiative to initiate an account for you, making setup very quick and easy. Look for a welcome email from Lippert (check your spam folder too!) with instructions on how to log in.
3. What if I can’t log into business.lippert.com?
If you have any trouble accessing your new Lippert Business account, please email customerservice@lci1.com or call 574-537-8900.
4. Will I still be able to use busacparts.com?
No, busacparts.com will be shut down on June 6, and the ordering system will be migrating to lippert.com.
5. Will I still be able to buy the same Trans/Air products?
Yes! All the Trans/Air products you’ve come to rely on will be available on lippert.com under the Trans/Air by Lippert brand. There will be a transition period as we onboard more parts, but the final catalog will be the same as what’s currently available on busacparts.com. 6. What if I have pending orders or quotes on busacparts.com?
All current orders and quotes placed through busacparts.com will be honored. If you have questions about a specific order, contact Trans/Air's Parts team at (800)-673-2446 or amy.leisenring@lci1.com
7. What should I do if I can’t find a product I used to order?
Lippert.com features a very powerful search function, making it easy to find the exact component fast. If you need help locating a part, you can contact Trans/Air's Parts team at (800)-673-2446 or amy.leisenring@lci1.com
8. Where can I find my order history?
Unfortunately, order history prior to your Lippert Business account (past orders placed through busacparts.com) will not be displayed in your Lippert account dashboard. However, Trans/Air customer service team will have access to this data and can provide it to you at any time. All new orders placed through Lippert Business can be viewed in the Orders section of your account.
9. Will support and service still be available?
Lippert will continue to offer the same product support and service as usual – and more! You’ll now find access to these resources directly through Lippert’s Customer Care Center at support.lci1.com/trans-air.
